This Week’s Menu

This week’s meal plan is all about balance—easy comfort food to refuel after long evenings outside, a little bit of leftover magic to keep things realistic, and one of our favorite meals to share with friends. Between Sunday night golf league and lots of time outside prepping the garden in the evenings, quick + satisfying meals were the goal!

THURSDAY

L: leftover sun-dried tomato corn chowder

D: grilled chicken breast + pesto penne pasta + caesar salad

FRIDAY

L: leftovers

D: pizza | caesar salad
