Sunset at Terraza de Vivi gave us one of my favori Sunset at Terraza de Vivi gave us one of my favorite rooftop views overlooking the Barcelona Cathedral.

After spending the day exploring the streets below, it was the perfect place to slow down with a cocktail and watch the sun set over the Gothic Quarter.

If you’re looking for a rooftop bar in Barcelona with an incredible view, add Terraza de Vivi at the Kimpton Vividora Hotel to your list.

Wandering through Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter felt Wandering through Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter felt like stepping into another era.

We made our way through narrow stone streets, quiet plazas, centuries-old churches, hidden courtyards, and cute little shops tucked into every corner. Every time we turned down a new street, we found another beautiful detail or unexpected place to stop.

It quickly became one of my favorite parts of Barcelona—and an area we kept finding our way back to throughout the week.

Two Barcelona markets, two unique experiences. Me Two Barcelona markets, two unique experiences.

Mercat de la Boqueria was vibrant, bustling, and packed with colorful produce, tapas counters, and endless things to try.
#Mercat de Santa Caterina felt calmer and more local, with equally beautiful food displays and its iconic wave-like roof.

Together, they offered such a fun glimpse into Barcelona’s vibrant food culture.

Each course of our meal at Albé told its own story Each course of our meal at Albé told its own story.

Every dish introduced a new combination of flavors, textures, and ingredients, completely different from the one before it. There was always something unexpected to discover, yet each course still felt intentional and connected.

By the end of the meal, it felt like we’d experienced more than just a tasting menu—it felt like we’d been taken on a journey through the chef’s creativity. It was one of those dinners that stays with you long after the last bite.

I shared everywhere we ate in Barcelona—including Albé—plus my complete Barcelona itinerary in my latest blog post.
